I had the same issue, i removed BYA repo and it was fixed.

I removed the repos but still the same , so restore the iPhone

i didn't uninstall anything it just stopped popping up lol

don't worry about it.. this is temporary server.. on iphone 4 run ios 7 jailbreak get this problem and my iphone 5s have to.. no problem because no effectt
