Help/Support Sideloadly install problemgot error: call to lockdownd_start_service failed: lockdown_e_mux_error. i

[Awmios 7 iPhone 13 Pro Max 17.5.1]

Got error: call to lockdownd_start_service failed: lockdown_e_mux_error. ipa file exists, retrying failed: call to lockdownd_start_service failed: lockdown_e_mux_error

But it says i have already the app but i have deleted it why is it saying file exists?
And i had it downloaded before without no problem but out of the blue it has problem installing it because it installs but when i want to play it and use the mod menu of survivor.io 3.2.0 VIP its blocks me out i think its because of the error because why is it finding an ipa file while deleting it?

Hello, the old version of the app could have left residual files on your device which could  confuse sideloadly into thinking it’s already installed. Try changing the bundle id and installing again. (Add a 2 or something to the existing bundle id, it doesn’t need to be a completely new one). Lmk!

if i do that will it messup the app?

Won’t mess up the app at all. It’ll install normally just like it would from the App Store but with a different identifier. (Nothing you need to worry about)

I tried it but i still have the same error.
it does install if though but only not working properly i though maybe its because of the error.
But before the error is was working fine its a new update version application so i doub't is that the problem is the application or mod it self

How is it not working properly? Is it crashing or? Also, if the game has been updated- has the mod been updated as well?

its only crashing after pasting my TGA device ID but it was working for me 3 days ago.
But maybe the game did a soft update so now the mod menu with using diffrent device ID not working properly

Ah okay so it’s an account connection issue. Try creating a new account and see if that is playable. If it is, then you’ll know that it’s an in game issue and nothing to do with the mod itself 🙂
