I confirm it work now. but it so hard to find call radio for use cheat again and I can't call more than 3 star I don't know why

Easy way to find radio call is to move on along with new mision and complete deadly mission.

I hacked Gold and Supplies got it on 99999 i made some upgrades but after some minutes the game reloaded maybe there is a way to avoid this

What do you mean by "reloaded"? Did you lose your previous gold? Did you manage to spend some of 99999 gold before it reloaded?

No u cant, once u use a single unit the game will immediately reload.
