You need to load the game, enable rewards, restart the game with rewards enabled.

If you login with Apple / Facebook you wont be able to load the game with rewards enabled, it will freeze. If you want to use an account for pvp you need to do the local account.

I just tested this on 2 jailed devices using esign and feather and 3 jailbroken devices using TS and have no issues. Is your cert expired? Maybe try sideloadly.

I’m going to try feather now and see if that works.
