Try side loading it a different way. Works for me using trollstore and esign no issue. If you’re jailbroken try running without tweaks using choicy

Could try altstore or using signing methods such as feather or esign. I can’t use sideloadly because I don’t have usb access but with TrollStore and esign the mod works.

Not sure. I only have up to 18.3.1. I guess wait and see or try another method. If you use sideloadly you can try altstore

If it in fact an iOS version compatibility issue I wouldn’t expect it to improve going to a higher iOS. Always best to stay on lowest
