Help/Support Trouble Locating Profile & Device Management to enable trust to iOSGods (Disclaimer: Noobiest noob)

Wanted to actually enjoy game content without spending money on gems in Love Island app, saw on rddit this morning that it's possible via many avenues. Easiest route for my brain to comprehend was using AltStore and iOSGods as a pair. I uninstalled my original (or legit) Love Island App after successfully getting altStore and iosgods on my non jailbroken phone (Iphone 14 Pro Max iOs Version 17.6.1). As smoothly as that went, I am now stuck on actually downloading and launching the games of my choice, In this case, Love Island. The error I receive is as follows: Unable to install "Love Island - iOSGods.com" this app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified.

The iOSGods version of the game isn't fully downloaded onto my phone, like the icon is white and has the download cloud symbol by it. The AltStore app crashes whenever I try to load the file and when I look in my phone settings to do device and profile management I don't know where to enable trust to the [email protected] ... basically I'm lost and hope someone wouldn't mind helping a noob like me fr. This may be an easy fix but I can get pretty overwhelmed with sifting through large amounts of information and trying to relay what is relevant to my issue. Thank you in advance for any guidance given.
