I install with a certificate which allows Apple login. Maybe you need to create a user ID if you cannot install this way. There is also guest account in the bottom right corner.

What app did you use to install it? I used altstore and sideloadly, but it still freezes.

I used a certificate* 

 

Maybe try on another device, I experience no issues at all.
