Help/Support anything similar to lucky patcher for ios?

i really enjoined that app back when i had an android, now that i jail-broke my iPhone (ios 9.0.2) i would love to have app which function like lucky patcher

somewhat yes, but LP also had functions like app backup,app patch,banner removers etc.

Install localiapstore from repo.biteyourapple.net , their is also iapcrazy but it isn't update for ios 9

wow for some reason downloading from this repo was painfully show,iapcrazy seems to be working (i yet have to learn what this actually do beside advertising some Chinese apps  )
