I got it working on iPhone 15 Pro Max iOS 18.1 using sideloadly. I did spoof in advanced options and loaded satellajailed and also loaded igamegod only loading satellajailed did not work, both of them need to be injected in the advanced options, also i used the default substrate in advanced options. 

 

I could only unlock full base game and unlock leader pass. Satella can fake buy the other DLC too but then they go into pending download and they never get downloaded.

 

I wish someone has all the DLC files and makes an IPA for us where IAP is unlocked and gathering storm, rise and fall and all other DLC are already downloaded beforehand.
