Help/Support Message to developers using theos on 32 and 64 bit devices

Right so all this time people actually thought pangu broke theos,well that's not true. It's iOS tool chain that's causing theos not to work on 32 bit devices. 64 bit devices is caused by perl.

Yes, theos itself works but the dependancies need updating.

No perl doesn't need a fix for 32 bit devices but iOS toolchain does.
