Crashreporter didn't say anything?

Try to remove tweaks one by one

Also maybe it's not updated to work with ios 9

This is what you mention on your first post...

Uninstall that hack, go to the Dawn of Titans hack thread and re-download and ibstall the new .deb and then try the hack by opening the game.

Reinstall the game and the hack. Make sure you're downloading the deb on the first post on the hack's topic.
