Help/Support Hogwarts Mystery VIP No Jailbreak stuck in loading screen

Recently purchased VIP to get the VIP hack for Hogwarts Mystery (Unlimited Energy, etc.). It worked the first time but after creating my character and loading into Diagon Alley, it would show my character in Diagon Alley for a split second before going back to the loading screen with the Hogwarts crest. 
 

I’ve already tried reinstalling to try and reset the save file but it keeps putting me back to that same save even after deleting the app completely. Would appreciate any help I can get on this since I bought VIP specifically for this game 🥲

I’m not 100% sure this will work but try going to your iCloud in settings and deleting the backup for the game and then reinstalling 🫡

The app isn’t listed in my iCloud storage 😢

Oh, is it sideloaded? You might have to find the save file within the app folder and delete it manually

Where do I find the app folder of my sideloaded apps? Since I’m not jailbroken and am only sideloading through my PC

For that you’ll need a file manager like Filza.. I think they might have a jailed version but I’m unsure
