Only works when I open my own backpack and split there. Does not work from chest/loot.

Can you not just take the items and then split?

Yes I can. Sometimes I find allies upgrade materials which can only be obtain from chest that require gold/money so when I take it from the loot/chest it goes straight to currency like gold not my inventory that is why
