1. apps are taking WAY to long to download and install longer then they should

 

2. using the search bar to do a math question it crashes my iphone

alot of these are not for ios 9 and i know this but i wanted them

some of the tweaks are not updated for ios 9 

 

Go to safe mode and try if the apps are still crashing or not
