Sid Meier's Civilization VI tested and working all IAP work you can fake buy and press cancel no need to turn on receipt in satella but none of the DLC that require server side download are going to work and download. Only the full games plus leaders pack unlocked rest DLC needing download will not work.

 

Tested on iPhone 15 Pro Max iOS 18.1 sideloading of Sid Meier's Civilization VI 1.4.7 IPA sourced from https://armconverter.com/decryptedappstore/us using sideloadly 0.55.1 with Cydia Substrate and Sideload Spoofer and injecting SatellaJailed.dylib sourced from https://github.com/Paisseon/SatellaJailed/blob/emt/SatellaJailed.dylib and com.gamegod.igg_0.4.4_iphoneos-arm.deb sourced from https://iosgods.com/igg
