guys i have ipad air 2,ios 9.0.2 pangu jailbreak and my 70% of apps crashes when i open.will rejailbreaking fix some ?

Try to open apps in safe mode

If apps not crash in safe mode then a tweak is causing this crash

Install powerdown or repower from cydia and hold down power button and slide safe mode

some of apps worked.and crash was always cydia subtrate.i must not delete it yes?

The apps crashing might be because of tweaks you installed.
