When i run nic.pl :

I am on ios 9.0.2

I assumed and most of the cydia tweaks needs some updating.

So, hopefully, this might not be problem with the new iOS.

Theos doesnt even use CydiaSubstrate. Doubt it would require updating.

The issue appears to be from ldid as many people on twitter are getting the same error for different executables. Try resigning the perl executable.
