Impossible, Apple has stopped signing iOS 8.

SHSH blobs.

If you don't have them, you can't stitch a dead .ipsw to use after signing has stopped.

SHSH blobs stopped being exploited after iOS 7 so you won't ever get 8.1.1 back unless you bought an iDevice with 8.1.1 on it from someone. Which, even then, is < 1% -5% likely to happen.
