Trying to Downgrade to 9.0.2 Since i Had 9.1 Beta It Didn't Work Please Help Me and my sister doesn't want to update she's a knob ps.. Thanks..

Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes, reboot your phone and pc, make sure the cable is ok and make sure you have the correct 9.0.2 ipsw.

How did you downgrade?

And if you're experiencing that, restore and rejailbreak. Or maybe a tweak is causing that issue.
