I dont know why i activate the hacks respring my device but nothing maybe because i loaded old icloud data?

I did it like 5 times but still nothing is it cause of the icloud loaded savegame?

You need to activate the hacks before you open the game..

First i opened the game then the hacks - nothing

 

Second i deleted the sims from multitask and activate hacks - nothing

 

Im confused now help ????
