I have the sync data from a guy with Gold VIP for Gangstar Vegas and many items in a faux Game Center he synced to for me.
I already synced to my personal and backup Game Center so I don't need the sync account anymore.
It does not have unlimited cash, skill points or gems. Sorry.
However, it is very well worth syncing to.

P.S. For those getting under four stars on the quick play "Rush Hour" mission, get a Post-Achoppalyptic Ride for four star completion. And on the "Rubberneckers" missions, get the Dash Cup Series. These missions specifically give you the most XP, speeding up level progression.
I changed the Game Center nametags to minimize probability of Gameloft banning the account.
Also, Kamcord is a bit laggy for unknown reasons. I would not advise using it after getting the save or Gameloft may question all the new Lvl. 72 players with gameplay videos out on Kamcord.
The account is leechproof because I have the e-mail account's password.
