Hello I am seeking guidance on the steps, and applications I will need to build my own custom mod menu. If there is a tutorial on this matter I would love the link ♥️

if you're trying to make a new mod menu from scratch, it's going to take a while.

If you want to create hacks using an already available mod menu, then you can use the available menus like Ted2's or Online Theos.
