i'm having Toshiba 32 GB USB.It gets detected when i open My Computer, but size is shown 0 Byte. if i open and try to access it, getting this error "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error" help me guys how to fix it.

yup but not worked :(

Try formatting it from start -> run -> diskmgmt.msc

 

And delete the USB partition completely, create a new one etc. Don't touch your other Disks!!

Is the USB damaged? Water? Deformed or something?

nope my brother format it in his laptop and when i plugged it in my laptop it show that error.

What happens if ypu plug it back into your brothers laptop?
