for an example i already have my hex code:00F0271EC0035FD6 and offset "0x3743370"

how to put it into custom live offset patcher, and could you explain what to do with these two, without missing any minor details, thanks.

"0x3743370" is your offset location & "00F0271EC0035FD6" is your hex patch data which when converted from HEX to ARM it shows as

fmov s0, #31.00000000
ret

which should usually make something go faster or higher depending where the offset leads you to.

Grab the offset & hex patch data and insert them into Live Offset Patcher or Live Offset Patcher Jailed like in the examples shown in the video.
