Failed to change 200 into whatever i wanted. So, could u give us more detailed explanation?

I mean, in which step I should put 200, or which step I should put whatever number (eg. 16 mill)?

 

I forgot to mention, every time i minimise the game (Not close it) and get back again, i get 200 gold repeatedly.

 

I'm on iOS 8.3
