How does AppStore++ work?

Hi all, I’m trying to understand how downgrades work on AppStore++. Are they downloaded directly from the appstore or does appstore++ sideload them onto the phone from somewhere else?

Hey!

They are downloaded directly from the iOS App Store so they are official IPAs, just older ones. They're also still tied to your Apple ID so you would need to decrypt them (iGDecrypt) in order to share.

There's also the Decrypted App Store now which works similar to AppStore++ but the apps come decrypted so you can sideload them onto your device or others. Old app versions are offered too and multiple App Store countries are supported.

If I sideload a decrypted version from the Decrypted App Store and I already have the official app on my phone, I know it will write over it. But if I then delete the sideloaded app, will the original "official" app be restored automatically or will everything be deleted from my phone?
