It works if you have ios 17.00 with trollstore enabled.

 

1. Download the trial version from appstore and download the internal file from there

2. Install filza with trollstore

3. Copy the library folder from resident evil village folder to somewhere else

4. Install the version from iosgod

5. Copy the library folder to the resident evil village folder and it works now like a charm!

6. I dont know if this is full version though

change the phone version to 17.1(21B91) through the misaka(3.2.9) application in the file /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist(dont reboot), download Resident Evil Village through iTunes 1.2.6.3, find the game file in Music>iTunes>iTunes Media>Mobile Application. Now you can install the game through iMazing. You can now reboot your device. After installation, loading will proceed further in the game. (You only need to install ipa from iTunes 1.2.6.3 or from ipaTool)
