Im not sure I can help you then. I dont think it is because you got ip banned or because of the hack, since I can do it just fine. I think possibly in one of the later updates, the game has this weird crashing bug for a lot of people. It did get fixed in a later update though so I honestly don't know. I heard you need to play without wifi.
