Doubt that's do-able. You can't access your files stored in iCloud. You can only restore them..

Maybe an app tat acts as if (for example injustice) and uploads the playerzave.bin (hacked save) then overwrites the legit one

You cannot manually upload to your iCloud backup though.

I meant an app that acts as if it this app is another app so it can upload data for the app so its hackable

Err how can you do that if you're not jailbroken?

 

Technically, you would need to duplicate the app but keeping the same bundle id as the one from the app store and hack it? Then you can transfer the save using iCloud (if iCloud backs it up in the first place)?

 

But if you can restore using iCloud, then it's probably synced via Game Center also? And why not just use iBackupBot instead?
