The easiest way right now would be to use the built-in restore rootFS/system option the latest Jailbreaks have such as unc0ver, checkra1n, etc. This keeps the device on the same iOS version which may make it more valuable.

If that option is not available, then you must use iTunes on your PC to do a full restore.

Thank you and I have another question is there jailbreaks for the latest iPhone 14 Plus on version 16.6? And another question can I do this on palera1n the rootfs

There's no jailbreak on 16.6 yet. Palera1n have an option of rootfs, read more about it here
