There are times when they make available all apps, but it's for <=24 hours, then they go back to one app per country. I think it's somehow related to their mass paypal withdrawals, that they often can't do in 5 days as they promise. The only changes: more 0.3$ offers, one or two 0,5$ and less 0.1$

 

If "Start Task" doesn't work try to delete key and install it again. I personally made 80$ in 2 moths and can't do more:P
