In App Purchases hack doesn’t seem to be working and not all girls are unlocked as stated. Has someone been able to figure it out?

How do I determine which is level 5? Doesnt seem to be level up type of game. I'm confused. But your explanation is appreciated.

 

Edit:
I see what you mean about the level. The problem is that the game already starts at level 440 which is the very last one. And even after beating that level it says that Maxine (the cat) is unlocked. However when you go to find Maxine it isn't unlocked. So no, the hack isn't working properly. Either that or the phone needs to be Jailbroken in order for it to work properly, which my phone isn't.
