Iv had it for a while now, where everytime I load up Cydia, I get this : anyone know how to fix this? Im on IOS7.1.2

Iv done that, and when ever I re-spring or lock and unlock and go back to cydia I get it again?

Remove all your repos and re-add them.

 

I suggest you use iCleaner also.

No, it won't.

You don't have to do that. Just post the content of your sources.list file
