Help/Support Banned on a Tweaked App

Hi! I had a quick question. I was banned on an iGameGods tweaked app. Even if I delete the game, when I redownload it, it still shows me that I am banned. I know apps can no longer read UDID or anything like that, but it must have banned me by something with my device. Would there be a way to, I don’t know, wipe or reset the app? Since it’s technically not downloaded from the original developer and was installed through a third-party source. The iPhone I have is unable to be jailbroken or downgraded due to its iOS version, unfortunately, so Filza, AppsManager, etc. won’t work unless there’s a different way to acquire them.

(e.g. My iPhone 11 had automatic updates turned on and ended up updating to iOS 16.5. Oops.)
