You can't. You can only wait like I am right now, for ages I guess.

It's not possible, the only IPA Version to do that is ( 1.0.8 ) NFS™ NL other versions force update so you can't access to hack/modify. I have only been able to get the Dutch version of ( 1.0.8 ) and the IAP Hack does work, yet.. I can't find a way to upgrade to the latest version without losing Data. Everything simply resets after updating. I will keep looking into the recent version and see what i can find. Meanwhile the game is server sided, it will be tough. But not impossible.
