there is no .mp4 file in that folder

 

and im saying like its still giving me the option to upload in the instagram application but  it keeps failing

How big in size would you think it is also?

It's no longer than 15 seconds

 

Not sure how big file size though it has to be on the phone somewhere

Can you try running this command in a Terminal:

 

find . -size +10M

 

It will list all files bigger than 10MB. The video might be in one of them hopefully.

Install "iOS Terminal" from Cydia.

 

Then run these one by one:

 

su

alpine

cd /

find . -size +10M
