Help/Support Buying an Android for Hacking

I have been jailbroken for 5 years, and am aware that iOS 13.3 is most likely the best IOS version to be on due to kernbypass, and many games having jailbreak detection these days..  

I am planning on buying an Android and rooting it next week for hacking games as well, I am aware that an Android is way more versatile and has a lot more tools than what iOS has to offer.  Does it matter what model I get or what version it is on?  Or are some versions and models less detectable/ more viable than others?

I believe it’s harder to hack on Android than it is on iOS.

I used to hack using a rooted Android, from like 2015-2017 it was fairly easy to root given that there are many methods in doing so.  there are more methods to hide rooted devices as well as hacks since androids have the ability to edit game files.  I’m mostly just concerned if there are some versions that are less detectable, although pretty much any Android is rootable since they don’t restrict their devices to the extent that Apple does.

I mainly mod in android so base on experience, it is much easier on android then ios.

 

Especially android doesn’t need theos or any other stuff to compile tweaks or mod menus. There also some template available in github to begin with.

 

Modding games in android is fairly similar on how you mod in ios. Primarily you disassemble the library (.so) files using ida, get the offset and patch it. Though it is completely different on how they made these libraries in android. For unity games, you might need Il2cpp dumper and dnspy (like ida).

 

For modding apps, primarily you’ll just use MT Manager to hack the dex files.

I suggest trying with google or motorola models. They are easier to root. Plus, root is esentially needed if you want to use any cheat engine app (like iGameGod). Nowadays most android users can get around with it by simply using virtual machine like virtual android (it is an app where sometimes there’s a pre built useruser app and probably be running in older android version).

 

Don’t buy chinese models as some of them need an OEM unlocking like poco or redmi phones. But in case you’ll only have a budget for these kinds of phones, you can still root them and there’s a bunch of tutorials in youtube. XDA forum will also help you to get started.

 

If you want to hack games, you must be knowledgeable in disassembling libraries, using hex and other stuffs (if you know how yo disassemble etc in ios, you can apply that to android). For hacking apps, MT Manager and Apktool M is all you needed to (from hacking, compiling and signing)

Android is open source.

Easier to develop for and test.

Many more people using it.

Soooo many mods. Also easier to catch a virus.

But overall, you are sadly very wrong.
