    Coz im from Asia so i cant get into US store anymore... I can before but apple change t n c so need card to change us store

    You can make a USA Account using the links and suggestions above or you can get it from Vshare, AppCkake, 25pp, tongbu etc.

    Ive tried doing new account but the option for none card not available.... Can anyone help with clean ipa link.... Thx in advance

    The new us apple id creation is success but then another problem.... When i try to update the OP TC apps itunes ask mento login as my previous asian apple id, probably i download before using that id and wont allow other apple id to just update em...... Sigh its depressing

    You would need to uninstall and reinstall OPTC using new USA ID.
