Questing can really be anything as long as it has mitigation.

 

Rhoa (Lead) - Griff - Gazia - Bestie - Ultor

 

Raids rely on survivability, mitigation, and amount of buffs.

 

Rhoa (Lead) - Gazia - Andaria - Will - Michele - Bestie or Nadore (Friend)

 

Trials rely on damage, mitigation, and survivability.

 

Gazia (Lead) - Zenia - Andaria - Griff - Ark - Bestie or Nadore (Friend)

Zedus lead on all.  Ensure spear is equipped.  Andaria on bb gen duty with bow equipped.  Gazia as mitigator, conversion buffer, BB buffer, all 'round good guy.  Ultor for atk buff and taunt mechanic.  Final one I would do Rhoa or Vernil.  Spark debuff is insanely good as is the def ignore buff.  Vernil brings status effects to the table though.  Swap out one of those for Ivris if you need the heals.

 

Thats your base team.  Raid always always always go with Zedus.  There is presently nothing better than Zedus for damage dealing leads.  Go with Gazia lead in trials.  In the future, go with Lucius lead on everything except Trials.

 

Aegi5 has provided good framework here, but with good sphering you don't need the supplemental bb gen on a Rhoa lead.  Just my opinion though
