Depends where you take said team, what their hp is at the end of a sky orb, and what other items you're using with the sky orb.

You will get reported from Arena opponents and Raid members because they will be able to tell immediately your squad is not legit.  The secondary item makes this a maybe under certain circumstances, such as overall squad hp and what the hp is capped at.

 

Furthermore, you have to question what your sky orbs are to be used for.  Offensively, there are many better options- Blighted Orbs, for example, offer the same bonuses as the Sky Orb at the cost of defensive quality.  This can be rectified by substituting a secondary orb you can gain legit (and that people have gained legit already) for a lead unit, or alternatively using one of the unnamed Japanese orbs that has been injected into the game already- they have substantial abilities and are the best on offer by far aside from the Demon Striker.

 

Defensive capabilities is what you go to the Sky Orb for.  It boosts hp, def and rec by 100% as we all well know.  In this case, you are best switching out for the Guardian Sliver, Honor Armor, Phantom GIzmo, Xentar- the list really goes on.  Give Sacred Staff a miss if you are intending on using on a lead.  Filler is fine.
