im using iPad Air 5th generation iOS version 16.4.1

jailbroken using Dopamine (rootless I believe) 

game version and hack version are the same (1.4.0.021508)

I downloaded the latest mod menu ipa and used iGameGod to install it 

the game starts fine I can change character and such on main menu but when I start the story mode and the battle is about to start the game just crashes immediately. I tried removing the mod by turning it off on iGameGod app, the game works fine without the mod menu. It only crashes when the mod is active.

@AlyssaX64 I just used a different iPad 6th gen with Palera1n jailbreak and it’s the same problem. I think it needs a jailbreak detection bypass but I’m not sure. The game freezes or crashes every time I start the story mode battle
