Help/Support iOSGods app + not working

iOSGods app+ stopped working for me over month ago. I've already sent a replacement request on 02.01.2023 and still haven't got any reply. The last mail I've received was the one below which I've received on 12.01.2023.

 Get in line,mine hasn’t worked since December and can’t get anyone to respond to my emails or messages. But at least I hope you can get some resolution to your app + not working.

Same, mines not worked since like October.

I was able to install the non + app, but that’s it. Even then … ugh
