I was able to downgrade an app with App Admin last week perfectly fine, but for the past few days the downgrading function hasn't been working because the installing circle keeps spinning and never downgrades. Are there any ideas why it isn't working?

Perhaps reinstalling helps? You can also look into AppStore++. I think this one is being maintained.

Alternatively, there is also Decrypted App Store which supports older version downloads.

I've reinstalled App Admin multiple times before and it didn't work. I'm pretty sure I couldn't install AppStore++ before. And Decrypted App Store doesn't even have the app or the versions.
