Help/Support After Udid transfer must you wait 33 days?

I recently transfers udid at the start of Feb and would like to know if I have to wait again.   If I had not transferred Udid my old phone would’ve been ready and set since 33 days and passed.  Please inform if I should be able to access iosgods plus.  Since if I should this is a major issue and I would love to use the item I purchased/subscription.
