Help/Support I need an IOS youtube cache app? HELP! THANKS

I haven't been able to find an app that downloads/cache youtube videos. i am not jailbroken (updated to IOS 9 and its amazing) so an app that cache youtube videos in the appstore would be awesome. HELP! and thanks.
