Had the same problem. Battery has never been the same as on iOS 6.

 

Here's something you can try:

 

Go to Settings -> General -> Background App Refresh and turn off most apps you don't use/need.

It's off already

Do another clean restore and install Battery Detective from Cydia and post a screenshot here. :)

 

I had the exact same phone only with a much worse problem. My i4s would die in 2 hours with a 100% charge. It kinda fixed itself overtime after some restores, Jailbreaks & some smashing. But it's still not the same as back on iOS 6. :3

Or just go to flex and choose sprinboard from flex cloud.. There is fix for battery drain there

I doubt a Flex tweak can fix Battery Drainage. It'll probably just disable some stuff to maybe extend it..

 

Oh BTW, disable the Dynamic wallpapers and the motion moving thing. Useless and wastes battery. :3
