When can I get the email?

Hello. I bought the app on December 23rd. I'm inquiring because I haven't received the completed email yet. There was a '-' on my UDID, but I wrote it without a '-' in the UDID column on the purchase page. I would like to ask if it is still impossible because of this. My order number is #99529Thank you🥺🥺

Hello,

Please understand that Apple has placed new limitations to UDID activations and transfers so there will be delays & there is no exact ETAs as it is unique per user. You can read more about it in our App+ activation & transfer delays topic.
