Help/Support issue signing app when i fill out my apple developer stuff

i have my correct udid and everything else. for some reason the password box says app specific password. am i supposed to put something else there? i do have f2a on my apple account and that could be it. i got my developer account from udidregistrations.com or something like that. not sure if i will ever check this post again cuz i’m stupid so i might not respond until i remember about it. thank you. this happens on all apps, and i don’t know if i said this before but im using app ViP on the NORMAL WEB APP

i’m an idiot and figured out i was not using the app specific password right. well now i am, but i have the same issues
