Help/Support Problem with download the app

Hi

Im already paid for the subscription through paypal and i forgot how i downloaded the app before. 

But now the app is not working and after i searched for mail after I subscribed I didn’t find how to download the app again

This is the receipt from PayPal

 

i have receipts for the purchase if need i will send

after i follow the steps its showing

Again same problem happened!!!

I can’t open any apps I downloaded from iosgodsApp + it’s crashing.

please if it will take more time i need refund because this is impossible to use
