Worked for me on Ipad os 17.7.10. Applied both patches (1rst one and the update)
Tweak injection part : Cydia Substrate, Substitute and Sideloader Spoofer on.
Then sideload it.

Disable Wifi before launch and it will work.

I am not able to download an older version of the decrypted file. Is someone able to either send me the final patched ipa or the 5.3 decrypted file. Would appreciate it a lot
